Air Marshal Gurcharan Singh Bedi, AVSM, VM, VSM, is a distinguished retired officer of the Indian Air Force with a career marked by exemplary service and leadership. Commissioned as a fighter pilot on June 8, 1984, Air Marshal Bedi boasts a remarkable career spanning over 37 years. With over 3,700 hours of flying experience, he is a qualified flying instructor and a seasoned fighter combat leader. His leadership extends to various command roles, including the command of front-line bases and participation in peacekeeping missions, notably in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
